Hello People,
My name is Kissable and Captivating Kenzie –and I’m a sweet, smart and sassy little girl going on three (years, that is) who is looking for my forever home. My foster Mom says I’m very loving and affectionate — and a lot of fun to have around. I get along with other pups however I’m very much a ‘people person’ (I mean dog) and love to be the center of attention. Did I mention that I talk? I really do! You can have complete conversations with me and I’ll be happy to tell you anything you want to know!
I run like the wind (I’m very fast!) and love to explore the yard. While I am long on (good) looks and cute as can be, I’m also pretty willful. That is why I need someone who is smarter than I am and will guide me into perfect behaviors. I walk nicely on a leash and LOVE to ride in the car. Did I mention that I’m a great walking companion too? People love to stop and admire my cuteness- so whoever walks me gets a lot of attention (I mean exercise) too!
On my walks, however, I do tend to bark at some of the dogs who pass us. Mom corrects me with a verbal command and tells me to ‘sit.’ I do that part really well. That’s one of the reasons she says I need an experienced owner and one who will show me the best way to behave.
I love to cuddle and am known to snuggle up to Mom (and anyone else I can) and stay for as long as I can. I also love to sleep in the Big People’s bed at night and am exceptionally good at sharing the bed. Being with my special person helps me feel very loved and protected – and Mom likes it too.
Mom says when I was adopted previously it was simply because I am cute. The people who adopted me had no dog experience and I got off to a very bad start – so Mom has worked hard to “undo” some of the things that I learned in my previous home.
My Ideal Home:

*At least one other FurKid required
*Adults committed to continuing my training
Experience level:
*No first-time adopters
*Recent dog experience

Since I was neglected in my ‘past life’ I’m waiting to make up for lost time – and am looking for a forever family who will appreciate my femininity and my affectionate nature – and will continue my training so I can become the bestest little girl that I can be. Mom says there is no doubt that I’m worth the effort!!
If I sound like the pup you are looking for, please complete our application, It will be only the most special home to which I am adopted, as I’m a very special kind of pup.
Tail wags and cuddles,
Kissable, Cherished and Captivating Kenzie
