The staff of Bichons FurKids is paid only in the love of what we do. Your entire contribution will be used to offset expenses and rescue the next one, two or group of furkids who will show up, most predictably, each week to steal our hearts once again. CALL FOR ENTRIES! – 2023 Calendar Photo Contest – July 27th to August 10, 2022
Contest Period: July 27 to August 10, 2022
Entry Fee: $25 for the first photo entry • $15 for each subsequent photo entry
Enter as many photos as you want.
Judging and Placement: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and
announced on or before August 20, 2023. The BEST OF SHOW photo will be honored on the cover of the calendar. Twelve (12) SECOND PLACE photos will each be featured on one of the calendar months. All of the remaining photos will appear within the calendar (date squares, photo montage, back cover), so that every entered image will be included. Of course, the real winners will be the FurKids, because all contest and calendar proceeds benefit the life-saving efforts of Bichon FurKids Rescue.

Our Special Angels
Every once in a while, a very special little angel comes into rescue – a little bichon whose needs are greater than the others. For most of them to be ‘whole’ requires major surgery or long term healing. Each of these little angels has a special story to tell and is an inspiration for those of us that rescue and love them.
