Hello People!

My name is O’mazing Maggie and I’m a wee bit of a girl who loves everyone I meet! Mom says that I’m a sweet, adorable and happy little girl, all puppy love, who is omazingly friendly, affectionate and adorable, too. Dad wants you to know that I’m affectionate, have tons of energy and lots of promise!

If you are wondering what I am besides a darling white fluff, well I’m a malti-poo, about one year old, with soft white hair with some apricot in the back and big brown eyes. Mom says I have a sweet, happy face and that I’m always smiling and wagging my tail. (That’s because life as a FurKid is good!)

I love absolutely everybody – big people (the ones called adults) little people (I’m especially sweet and gentle with kids), and other dogs. I love ‘em all! I’m not so sure about hippopotamuses and giraffes because I haven’t met any yet… but you never know!

I’m playful and joyful and cute and smart and did I mention I like to cuddle and snuggle? Well I certainly do And I want nothing more than to please, so I come when I am called, and that makes Mom happy.

Besides being a champion cuddler, my favorite thing to do in the world is to PLAY! And then play some more! I play with my doggy foster sister (we run, tumble, frolic and have fun!) and my two year old human sister. From the moment I met her (Mom calls her a toddler) I just gave her kisses. (She giggled and loved it.) And I’m not scared at all, even when she is screaming, running or crying! I just try to give her more kisses—or get her to snuggle. (That makes me a pretty special pup and one that would love to grow up with children.)

I ride well in the car, am housebroken (no typo there!) and have no special needs, except for a special buddy to play with and a family to call my own. It would be so much fun to go to training classes with my forever family, so I could become the best furkid that ever was!

Magical and O’mazing Maggie

Hello People!

My name is Vivi and I’m a sweet and quite sassy little girl of five looking for a forever home. My foster Mom says I’m very loving and affectionate — and as feminine as they come. I’m all of 12 pounds, am housebroken (and use the doggy door) and I love my crate. I even put myself to bed at night if I’m tired (but Mom lets me come into the Big People’s Bed in the morning for a cuddle or two or three!)

Dad says I’m a diamond in the rough. He and Mom are doing their best to teach me the proper way to behave in the world. I’m definitely making progress but will need to continue my ‘learning’ with someone who is a super smart and VERY savvy dog person. If that sounds like you, please read on!

While I am long on (good) looks and cute as can be, I’m also pretty willful. I like to do what I like to do (which is why I need someone who is smarter than I am and will guide me into perfect behaviors.)

I walk well on a leash and am learning to relax in the car. I do best on short drives and like to listen to music.

I do love to cuddle and am known for springing up into your lap to cuddle at the slightest provocation and wanting you to pet my head ( but only my head, please!). If you are lying on the sofa, I love to roll on top of you and make cute little “snorty” noises as I turn around.

Unfortunately I’m not a pup that is good around children. If you have children or grandchildren that visit I’m not the one for you. Sorry! I’m an ‘adults-only’ kind of pup. Mom says before I became a FurKid I was adopted simply because I am cute. So I formed some bad habits that she is helping me to overcome. Since I’m smart, I’m definitely learning what to do and not do.

I’m also a bit selective about making friends. I bark when people come to the door (Dad says I’m a great watchdog) but when I know someone, I’m much friendlier. I also guard my toys, which is why I’m best as the only pup in the house.

Because I wasn’t successful in my ‘past life’ I’m hoping to make up for lost time – and am looking for adopters who will appreciate my femininity and my affectionate nature – and will continue to work on my training so I can become the best little girl that I can be. Mom says there is no doubt that I’m well worth the effort but you have to know my signals so that I can be successful.

Vivacious, Intelligent and Very Independent Vivi

Hi Everybody!

Please allow me to introduce myself because I’m a pretty special pup. My name is Crowd-Pleasing and Cuddly Coco — and I’m a friendly, affectionate and fun-loving girl of four or five who is as sweet as sugar and as lively as can be. Mom says I’m the best little girl she knows. Dad says I have confidence and spirit plus I’m smart, loyal and a great companion. (Did I mention adorable and charismatic?)

When it comes to doggie goodness, Mom says I’m the complete package! I have lots of puppy in me – so my favorite thing to do is play! I love my tennis ball and my toys and I’m so smart that I taught myself how to fetch. I will keep you entertained and will play as long as you’d like. But I also love to cuddle and will cuddle for all I’m worth!

Dad says I love my walks and go on walks three or four times a day. (Just take out my harness and I am ready to go on any adventure) and I also ride beautifully in the car! I come when you call my name (that’s a really good thing according to Dad) and I really like my human brother and sister (they’re called ‘teens’). I’m good with my doggy foster brothers, too.

I’m eager to please, very smart and fun to live with – because everything I do is entertaining and there’s always a smile on my face. Mom says I’m adorable, cute and a very special little girl!

Besides being special in all the ways I’ve been described, I’m also special in one other way. I have these special teeny tiny pills that I have to take every day so that I won’t have this thing called a seizure. Now I haven’t had one in two years since I now am taking my pills – and we hope I will not have any again. (That’s why I’m so glad I have my medicine.) If you didn’t know I had ever had one you certainly couldn’t tell – I’m just as active, playful and happy as my doggy foster brothers.

Charming and Captivating Coco

Hello Everyone!

I’m Tipper, a darling little puppy who is three months old and weighs about 6 pounds soaking wet. I have a soft white coat and apricot-tipped ears, which is why I’m called Tipper. My foster mom says that good things come in small packages and I’m an incredibly cute ‘package.’ (In fact Mom says I’m an ‘angel.’ I’m not sure what that means but she smiles when she says it!) Dad says I’m the sweetest little guy you could ever hope to meet. Speaking of meeting…I like to meet new people and especially love to meet other dogs. Give me an opportunity to play and I’m your guy.

I’m a little scrapper of a puppy with a sweet personality and a happy smile. I hop like a bunny when I’m excited (and that’s a lot!) and I listen intently to everything around me. You see I was born blind so I listen very carefully, lift my nose in the air and cock my head to the side. Mom calls that my ‘listening face’ and says it’s absolutely adorable. Dad says although I’m blind pup I have no idea that other dogs (or people) can see. I don’t act like anything is different or “wrong” with me.

Since I’m still a puppy, I’m learning new things every day. The most important thing I’ve learned so far is “careful”. I know when Mom says this I need to calm down a bit, or watch for a step etc.. Mom and Dad have been saying “You found me” when I come over and that makes me really excited. Mom has started trying “touch” as well and I’m learning very quickly since I’m smart and anxious to please!

I love to ride in the car (Mom says I’d prefer driving but since I’m not old enough I’m learning to sit nicely) and I love to be petted and have my belly rubbed. (I’m teaching Mom and Dad how to do that and they’re learning really well!)

Mom and Dad agree that I’m a great little guy with a lot of potential! (Aww, thanks Mom and Dad!) I would be happy in almost any family situation where there’s another young active furkid or two. If I sound like the kind of boy you are looking for, please fill out an application and ask for me.

Tipper the Terrific

Hello World!

My name is Buddy and I’m what you might call a double 10: ten pounds of lovin’ and about ten years old. My foster mom says I’m playful, have a happy personality, a loving heart and am becoming a snuggler. I’m spunky, love my walks and rides – and am incredibly smart!

Recently some very sad, then some very nice, things happened to me. You see, I was adopted by a wonderful couple when I was just a pup… they loved, adored and spoiled me … and all was ok. A few years ago my Dad died which made me very sad but I still had my Mom. Then a few weeks ago my Mom died and I was ‘left’ at the vets office. Neither of Mom’s adult children wanted me which made me quite sad! All I needed was a chance to find another loving home as I have many more years of loving and living to share!

The good news is that now I am a FurKid and I have adapted well to the loss of my family, settling in to my foster home and grateful for the company of my doggy foster brothers. Mom says I’m a good boy who is a bit shy initially but with patience and understanding I come around. I’m good with other dogs and really enjoy their company. Mom says I’m loyal and good natured – and need another dog or two in my forever home.

I’m potty trained, want to please, perk up when you call my name and come when you call. Oh and did I mention that I love to eat? As little as I am, I have a big appetite and I’m not a fussy eater at all!

Mom says besides LOVING my walks, I like riding in the car and travel very well. Wherever we go EVERYBODY stops to say ‘Hello’ and has to mention how cute and adorable I am. (I appreciate all the compliments, especially after what happened when Mom died!)

I’m looking for a family who will love and be there for me, take me on walks and rides, cuddle and play… as I miss my people very much and have a LOT of love and loving to share.
