Hello People!
My name is Playful Pippi – and I’m a sweet, bouncy and joyful Doodle of two who weighs 24 pounds and comes in a cute package! I have a sweet face to match my spirit and am a long-legged little colt for whom every day is a happy day. Did I mention that I have a curly white coat, big brown eyes and Mom says I always look like I’m smiling. (That’s because life is good!)
Every day is filled with new experiences. You see, before I became a FurKid I never had a home with people who paid attention to me or gave me any training. Now I live with a wonderful foster Mom and Dad who care for me and teach me all sorts of new things like how to “sit” and “stay” and “down” and tells me how smart I am! I have a warm bed and get all the food I need and have had a doggy foster sister to share my life with as well. Life as a FurKid is GREAT.
I’m housebroken and like to show how smart I am every day! I love to ride in the car, go on walks (walking is my happiest activity of the day!) and play. I’m great with people I know and am getting better at getting to know ‘strangers’. I don’t warm up right away so you will have to be patient with me in the beginning. But once I get to know you, it’s a different story. When Mom or Dad come home, for example, after being away I run up to them and bounce like a bunny, filled with excitement, then fling myself at them in wild abandon and wag my tail (which looks kind of like a bunny tail.) I’m just bursting with happiness!
After a long walk (1-2 miles) I arrive back home and do the Bichon Buzz (Zoomies) for a few minutes, showing my happiness, then I settle in on the couch next to my foster sister for a good night’s sleep. (I’d really like to sleep in the Big People’s bed all night but only get to do that in the morning; then I cuddle with Dad for all I’m worth.)
My very favorite thing in the world is to be with my people. Mom says I yearn for attention – and finds ways to get it. I would do best in an active, structured and loving home with need somebody to give me lots of love – and I will give it right back.

My Ideal Home:
- Someone home most of the time
- An active yet structured environment (a firm hand)
- Another playful dog around my age would be a plus (but I’m a bit selective as to who I like)
- No young children
- Adults or family with kids over 12
Experience Level:
- Recent/current dog experience a MUST
- Willingness to work on training
- Rescue dog experience a plus
So if you are looking for a sweet, playful, lovable (but not needy) pup who is still a diamond in the rough, are willing to continue my training and understand that I am still working through a few quirks (for example I cannot be crated) then please ask for me.
Wiggles and kisses,
Pretty Intelligent Precious Playful Independent that spells Pippi

Our situation is both special and unique. You see, as a senior citizen and a woman of the world, I have been enjoying the sunshine and fresh air of my foster’s home. This is a first for me as I previously spent my life in a crate having puppies for many years. It appears that I passed my very sweet disposition on to them, as Toni attests. As for me, I’m a very gentle pup who is trusting, loves to be held and be near you. While my hearing is diminished and my eyesight is limited, my little spirit is full of love and light – and thankfulness for my life now.
Then there’s little Toni. (Even though she weighs a bit more than I do at 8 pounds I still think of her as little Toni.) She is eight years old and about 8.8 pounds. Toni is a beautiful little girl that wants to be your best friend. She’s into human touch and being with her people. Toni will follow you around the house and want to sit on your lap to just feel warm and loved. Because Toni’s very friendly and excellent with people, she loves to go wherever you go including riding in the car. Toni likes to look out the window; if she could sit on the lap of a passenger she would sleep there all day.
My name is Sporty and I’m a cute, sensitive and snuggly little Maltese boy that you might call a “portable pal”. I LOVE to go on walks and rides in the car – and, at 10 pounds, you can take me just about anywhere!

Dad says I’m mellow, friendly with both two and four-legged “creatures” alike (including cats) and easy to get along with. He says I really seem to love children (!) and wag my tail excitedly when I see them. Dad also says I’ve mastered the command “Be Cute!” to perfection —100% of the time!
My name is Coco and I’m quite a handsome bichon guy. I’m very smart, cute, confident, playful and housebroken (and that is not a typo!) I’m an independent six year old guy who LOVES his walks, rides in the car and playing in the yard.
Because I’m so smart (and because my previous owner was quite old and didn’t train me) I decided that I would be in charge! I’ve been told that’s not a good idea. I’m learning that I don’t need to be in charge and am working with a wonderful trainer who is showing me that there are “better behaviors.” I will need someone to continue that in my forever home. Please note that I do REALLY well with a daily routine and structure!
