Hello People,
My name is Charismatic and Cuddly Cody– and I’m a handsome, dashing, adorable, happy and tail-wagging Bichon guy of 18 months being fostered in Los Angeles. My foster mom says that I’m affectionate, playful and smart—and am in love with life and everything it has to offer. I’m grateful to be a FurKid –and I show my appreciation every day!
Mom says I’m a great walker who loves cool mornings and early evenings. I like to take long walks around the lake –and love meeting people and pups along the way. Going to the dog park is also one of my most special things to do. It truly makes my day! There are always new friends to get to know and both the ones called ‘humans’ and those called ‘pups’ all fall in love with me (The two-legged ones tell Mom and Dad how amazing I am, too!)
I have other things I love (drum roll please) starting with my favorite new toy, a shark! Well, it is stuffed and not real, but it makes a really cool sound when I wrestle with it– and I love making it squeak. I also love car rides (of any length) and getting petted, being cuddled and all the things Bichons truly love and appreciate!!)
Because I am smart, Mom has been teaching me commands (like ‘sit,’ ‘come,’ and ‘walk’). She says I learn fast and really want to please. Why do I even come when she calls my name? Now, I know a lot of Bichons who don’t do that, but I do! Mom says there are lots of other things I can learn, too! Do you want to teach me? I’ll be the very best student you’ll ever meet!

I’m just a very happy playful boy whose goal in life is to bring you joy and make you smile! And I do that very well! So if you have a FurKid or two, like to do lots of things and are active and enjoy walks and rides, I’m applying to be your new best friend. Please ask for me by name!
Tail wags and Bichon kisses,
Charming, Cuddly and Charismatic Cody

My foster Mom says I’m very intelligent (I know commands including come, stay, sit, down, dance (twirl your finger), go potty, down, and ball. In fact, I will definitely become your new best friend if you play ball with me! My foster Dad says to tell you that I LOVE LOVE LOVE to play ball (did I mention that already? Well I truly do!), LOVE to go on walks, LOVE to ride in the car and LOVE treats. And I LOVE to be petted and will roll over for a belly rub any time and anywhere!
I love to cuddle on the couch, greet you with great enthusiasm (even if you only go to the mailbox) share everything you are doing with you and am a great watchdog. I will alert you if I hear anything outside, let you know the doorbell was rung or if there is a strange noise in the house. Dad says that’s very helpful. I’m not a barker though – just an ‘alerter’.
My sister Patti and I became FurKids after someone dropped us at a shelter without our mom. We were pretty scared, but fortunately, we didn’t have to stay there very long. Then our foster Mom and Dad picked us up and brought us to their home, where there were several pups, including one that was a Momma dog! She is teaching me all about how to be the best little pup I can be. My sister Patti was recently adopted, but I am still available!
I love people – and I love other dogs. I also love to play (well, of course, I’m a puppy!) (Please check out my video to see me in action!) Oh and did I mention I am good in the car, learning to be potty trained (already!) and am lots of fun. Dad says I’m cuter than cute and have the most expressive face!

Dad says that I’m a very happy little girl who is a bit shy at first with new people then warms up and wants to cuddle. I’m learning all about walks and rides in the car (I really like to go in the car but Dad keeps telling me I’m too young and little to drive!) and I’m also learning these things called ‘commands.’ So far I know “come’, ‘sit’, ‘stay’ and ‘no’ (I don’t really like that one!) And since I’m young and curious I did like to take Dad’s shoes from the closet and bring them into my doggy bed. Now I didn’t chew them or anything – I just liked having them in my bed. Well Dad said ‘No’, closed the closet door and that put an end to my “borrowing” his shoes. After that he picked me (so I could lay my head against his chest and snuggle for all I’m worth). And that’s a LOT!
